What do I do if my details
have changed?
Please remember to contact
us if your details change, as we cannot be responsible for goods being
sent to the wrong address or contact. Always remember to check your
details before you finally submit your order.
Can I cancel my
order?
Your order can only be
cancelled if you contact us before your order has been dispatched. If you
need to return an unwanted item please see our returns policy on the terms
and conditions section.
Will I get notification of
my order?
When you first place your
order you will receive notification that it has been placed successfully.
As your order progresses you may receive emails of any queries that we may
need to assess these may include delays with your order, problems with
charging your card etc….
Why haven’t I received an
order confirmation?
The most common reason for
this is a typing error with your email address. Please contact us so we
can update our records and then we will be able to send you the relevant
confirmations.
What payment
methods can I use on the website?
Payments over the website
can only be accepted by credit or debit cards and we accept all major
credit and debit cards.
Can I order over the
telephone?
We do not have a dedicated
telephone ordering service but if you prefer to order over the telephone
you may do so by phoning 01246 206866 and if there is no one available to
take your order do not hesitate to leave a message and someone will call
you back as soon as possible.
Do your prices include
VAT?
Our prices shown include
17.5% VAT, but at the checkout you will see a breakdown of the price
including and excluding the VAT and also how much the VAT
is.
